Micro credit Fund "Hamyori" (successor of the Micro Credit Fund "Nau-Credit") is established in October 10, 2005 based on the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Microfinance Organizations" and in accordance with the Civil Codex of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Bank of Tajikistan and other legal and regulatory documents Republic of Tajikistan regulating the activities of legal entities - residents of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In 2012 the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Microfinance Organizations" was adopted in the new edition, due to recent changes the Charter of the Fund was approved in the new edition and the Fund re-registered by the registration body.
  By the Decision of the Board of Trustees from 21 May of 2013 Microcredit Fund "Nau-Credit" renamed to "Hamyori" and re-registered in the Tax Agency of Khujand in 24 May 2013.
Microfinance Fund "Hamyori" operates on the basis of the Charter and the license of the National Bank of the Republic of Tajikistan.
