The founder of the Microfinance Fund "Hamyori" - as a non-profit microfinance organization is a local public organization "Agency Support of Development Processes Nau" (hereinafter ASDP Nau).  ASDP Nau is established on 24 April 1999 and registered in 3 of September, 1999 in the Sughd Justice Department. ASDP Nau was re-registered on January 14, 2005 (№ 004-815), in the framework of the new Act "On Public Organizations" conducted a second pre-registration on July 5, 2007 under number 004-815A as a local NGO.
