Mission, goal and objective

The mission of MLF "Hamyori" The mission of MLF "Hamyori" is an activity aimed at reducing the level of poverty communities of Tajikistan, particularly in mountainous and foothill areas of Sughd region by providing wide and equitable access to obtaining micro financial services.

Goal
The purpose of the MLF "Hamyori" is to assist in improving the socio-economic status of population, primarily the vulnerable and low income people by providing micro loans to ensure the sustainable livelihood.

The main objectives of MLF «Hamyori» are:
1. Increase the loan portfolio, develop new products and create an image of the MLF “Hamyori” as a stable supplier of microloans for the population of Sughd province of Tajikistan.

2. Institutional development of MLF "Hamyori", improving the organization and technology of microfinance in mountainous and remote areas, ensuring the stable and sustainable activity of organization’s step systems of issuing microloans and its control.

3. Organization and providing customers with consulting and information services that help them to enhance the benefits of the getting and use of micro-credit.
